Make Today EYEconic at Starbucks, Summer Art Exhibition by Angelicque'

This summer the beaches in Laguna aren’t just about catching the latest waves,
they are about catching the latest, eye catching art.

Beaches will Be Loca this summer, drawing thousands of worldwide visitors to its shores for it's annual festivals such as the Sawdust Art & Craft Festival, Laguna Art-A-Fair, Pageant of the Masters and the fun Summer Artwalks. 

I am so excited, Starbucks has teamed up with me for a fun summer "EspressO Yo Selfie" contest with my new art collections.  My collections “The Ancient EYEcons” and "Mermaid Wishes Fanta~Seas of Love”, will be on exhibit this summer inside the Starbuck’s on main beach in Laguna Beach.

I started over last year to pursue a new path in my life as an artist.  Inspired by my oldest son, I began my new art journey drawing homeade art cards every week as a way of communicating inspirational messages with him while he was away, incarcerated.  I was looking for ways to keep him focused on a positive outlook for his future, as well as his own artistic talents and gifts.  Art became a powerful language between us, in communicating what words could never convey.  The message behind my art is learning to Imagine, Dream, Believe in yourself, to Follow your heart and do something everyday to Make today EYEconic!
