I was recently inspired after seeing a Instagram post by Laguna College of Art & Design, who is doing a coffee cup art contest with Laguna Beach Starbucks, so I thought hmmmm that looks interesting, and I decided to give it a try and started practicing drawing with Sakura Pigma Brush Markers on paper cups, and then I tried to paint one. My first one was a total flop, I almost gave up but then I always remember Salvador Dali's quote "have no fear of perfection, you'll never reach it!" 😂.
I decided to try again and my goal was to incorporate the @Starbucks logo, face and star ⭐️ in each of my designs, this challenged me to SEE and think outside the box. Thank you Laguna College of Design & Starbucks for inspiring me to try something new, it was a fun challenge, and as they say "Stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things is the best way to GROW!"
