Meet the Mystical Pop Artist behind the "EYE" Iconic “Be Loca : Bhu Loka” Collections

Welcome to my artist site! My name is Angelicque’ and I am a mother, entrepreneur and self-taught visionary artist, Living in the United States of America, and traveling the world’s most iconic destinations.

Life can be a little Loca or Crazy at times, we can all agree and by crazy… it doesn’t always mean bad.  Life can have crazy good times too.  

I began my EYEconic art journey drawing homemade art cards every week as a way of communicating inspirational messages with my son, while he was away doing time in jail (I always called it YALE, sounds the same in a Spanish accent).  Art became a powerful language between us, in communicating what words could never convey. 

My son would send me hand drawn handkerchiefs he made while he was in jail, and I would send him hand drawn art cards.  Now he’s out living life and is a tattoo artist.

I love cartoons, their colors, simplicity and style!! Disney, Garfield & Dr Seuss books were my favorite as a kid, and the tv show “CHIPS ⭐️”  (even as a lil girl I had a crush on those hot mysterious men on motorcycles)

Did you know?  Be LOCA means “Crazy” in Spanish and Bhu LOKA in Hindu Cosmology is the name for the Earthly realm where we live.  

L.O.C.A. also means Level of Conscious Awareness, Illumination of consciousness in the body, mind and spirit.  Words and dialect can be perceived from so many various levels of understanding or Conscious awareness. 

“Mystical POP Art” A new genre of art style is a bold expression of energetic eye catching symbolism and colors inspired by nature, mystery and legendsthat exude a positive energy inviting you to explore your own third eye/mind's eye and your own inner truth.  

Mystical POP Art is not a brand, it’s a lineage, genre lifestyle, a statement, a philosophy, a worldview and a cultural experience that is not just about the art but also the magical world that exists within the realms of the universe that we all live in. 

Most of my artworks are part of a Trinity Collection, a set of three pieces.  Did you know… In the most holy of mysteries – that in the “Trinity” is found the root of all wisdom, the pattern of all creation, and the foundation of all knowledge.☀️🌙
